Megan Eklund, APRN

Megan is originally from Louisiana where she began her nursing career in the surgical ICU. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama, where she later returned to advance her degree and complete her Master’s in Nursing, becoming a Certified Nurse Practitioner. She worked as a travel nurse for eight years before settling in Reno and joining our team.

Megan has hands-on training with Allergan, hormone therapy, and other treatments, constantly building on her knowledge by attending conferences, seminars, and researching the most up-to-date treatments in the ever-changing aesthetic community.

Since joining Dr. Virden’s team, Megan has greatly enjoyed the opportunity to build one-on-one relationships with her patients as she helps improve their quality of life. With TheraPellET, she takes pride in optimizing her patient’s hormones and helping them feel more like themselves again.
